Artist's Comments
Final project for my History of Illustration class. We were given three stories, and had to make an illustration out of one of them. I chose "The Erl-King" (the short story, not the original poem).
So yeah. Done entirely with a Micron 005 ink pen on 9x12" watercolor paper. Got a great critique by my professors on it too, was very very pleased. Check out my scraps for some detail shots, too. Excuse the really bad photo, but until I can get near a scanner, it's all I've got. ): |
